Its very easy to cheat that procedure.

_Char is NOT always UP TO DATE.
The modules write to _Char irregularly.

How to cheat:

TP to town.
Grab a fast vehicle and run outside quickly.
Use scroll.

Works.

Your procedure becomes useless when its cheatable easy as fuck. Sorry Hecktor.

Yea its kinda Cheatable, but _Char table updating chars positions with 80% probability and maybe lil bit more in most cases, and this procedure was just an example for cases which does not require 100 % non cheatable stuff.
Everybody knows now the adv and disadvantages , now the choice for the community if they want to use it or not.

There's no percentage for updating _Char. It gets updated when the agent sends the character data packet | 0x3013 to the client. So, it's pretty easy to cheat.
