Just disable the Auto Use for the this Programm :) its one point on the right bottom.

We were able achieve this with classic client editing methods (Wooxy etc.) but it doesn't work since league started working with WAD files.

I always thought this tool works by interfering with memory (correct me if im wrong) so it could be possible to edit the font.

But i didnt understand this:

"German" are for the names of the champs or interface of the tool
but the "5. Challenger" i thought it was for border in loadingscreen, but cant see anything.

EDIT: Custom Skins are from the community its funny to play them but i dont reccomend to use them for competetive because it can have bugs and stuff or just not work! :)
