1. use RappelzRDBTool - [Western Europe]
2. N:CodePage:1252
3. N:game.local_flag:4
4. Attached File: Sframe.exe + dlls Rappelz 7.2 Spanish
5. Localeinfo all fonts (1252)
FONT_01 = Arial Narrow.ttf
FONT_02 = Arial Narrow.ttf
FONT_03 = Arial Narrow.ttf
FONT_DEFAULT = Arial Narrow.ttf

6. launcher.bat:
START SFRAME /auth_ip:127.0.0.1 /auth_port:8841 /locale:windows-1252 /country:US /commercial_shop /cash

[all recognized] (ñ-!-¿ -á-é-í-ó-ú)
