First I would like to state some facts:
1)The
correct PayPal email is
always provided when a customer orders an account or a service.
2)We don't change PayPal emails frequently, it happens from time to time, cause as we all know PayPal is a private business and they can limit accounts at
any time, I don't have control there.
Evidence to support the facts(chat log):

Now what actually happened:
The customer wanted to buy a steam account with PayPal, I provided him the
correct PayPal e-mail address and the amount. The customer didn't copy/paste the information that I have provided and decided to use his memory instead, sadly he entered incorrect e-mail address and didn't double check which is completely irresponsible. After that, he still wanted the account and tried blaming me even though the mistake was clearly his.

Could you please PM me on Discord or provide any screenshots of our chat?
I'm pretty sure we have never talked at all. Services are
always done in few hours after purchase, unless we agree on a different time. If I ever fail to do a service, I either refund or offer something else.
