It's advertised instant delivery for the accounts which are in stock. You can see the product availability on page itself. It said "Available on back-order" and not"In stock". It means it's out of stock but still will be delivered at a standard speed and not instant. However we send a refund if it takes too long which was done in your case. due to sale period auto delivery was turned off, it's on again now.

Ok i so bought an account and it was delivered to the spam folder in my gmail. I waited for 10-15 minutes and then decided to take a look at spam folder and it was there. My question to @[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] is: is there a way to change the email address of the steam account or is there a way to access the email account? coz the email domain is fishy and funny with mans not hot skrrrrr XD

after couple days steam account got flagged and i cant play pubg any more on it

This account appears to have been used for fraudulent activity.
