Ok, if you would have read the CO2Loader post and actually paid attention you would have seen the link explaining what that specific backdoor does, and that if you have a AV prog. that is worth a damn, it will delete it before it can do anything... And if your still not satisfied with this, copy the name of the backdoor, goto google, and do a search on it, or goto Symantec's web site and do a search on it. As for the CO2Loader, it worked great up until this patch, I've used it for almost a year, never been hacked...
So I'm pretty sure it's safe to say that it's a false positive as the note at the top says...
