ok so the solution to this is simple if you want to continue playing fortnite you need to buy a new hard drive or replace the hard drive with a used one. you then need to reinstall windows and reinstall fortnite and make a fresh account with a new email address ect DO NOT LOG IN TO YOUR OLD ACCOUNT OR THE MACHINE WILL GET FLAGGED AND BLOCKED. AND DO NOT USE THE EMAIL ADDRESS ON THE BLOCKED ACCOUNT. FORMATTING YOUR OLD HDD AND REINSTALLING WINDOWS ON IT DOES NOT WORK FORTNITE KEEP A RECORD OF THE HDD SERIAL NUMBER THERE IS NO WAY TO CHANGE THIS. you will have to write off the old account you wont get that back. hope this helps
