looks like 2 parts, one is autoselect, one is for the skills.

going to download csro and taking a clooser look at it...

I can translate some of the options but its really hard to work and at the moment, its not.
Its added all my skill into a option box (in random characters so i cannot translate) so i have no idea what to do..
I'l fiddle around with it a little bit more..
