1. You didn't created a post in the forum. Do it if you want to get support.
2. It is working on my end here. So I'm very sure you are doing something wrong.
3. This is no official supported Thread here. If you want to get support write it down in the official forum under Bug & Report related to BDO
4. Write Singed a PM on the homepage and he might help you out via Teamviewer/RemoteControll
So far everyone who had issues was either not following my guide or had a software running that caused problems. For example Overlays from Nvidia, Steam and what ever software else is out there with ingame overlays. Or they were NOT running it as admin. Also a common problem is related to Windows Defender, LiveSearch, Kaspersky, Windows Firewall and what ever Security Software you do use.
This Trial Version and also the normal release(it's the same by the way) is working since 28 April. And they had NO update since then. So why shouldn't it work?
We have a lot of costumers who bought Keys for the GameZ version and it's working flawlessly. Also probably more users would have written sth. here because the file got already downloaded around 100 times.
And you are the only one that is complaining.
Here on this side it's a free release.
If you have problems with your bought Key or the software itself write it down in the official homepage that is selling it.
