Have you guys ever managed to successfully unban a Gameban, HWID and IP ban from the game RUST on steam? a friend of mine cheated on an alt account and then when he logged back onto his main account he was already banned on that one aswell.

Heya. We haven't actually had many customers from Rust, however, we can certainly do our very best to get your friend unbanned. We did overturn similar cases, albeit from different games though.

If you had issues with vbucks services or similar things, and thus had this happen without your knowledge, I'd recommend telling Fortnite that you're willing to have all those items / currency in question removed from your account in order to get unbanned. Or, if it's an option for you, you could tell them that you're willing to cover the amount of money missing. Best of luck!

Hey! It's really hard to determine that, as they do tend to escalate certain cases to a different department, and that takes a bit more, but generally about 1-2 weeks (sometimes more) to conclude a case.

I tested him, very gently and cool person, writes very profesional and response fast .. but in disabled accounts on fortnite, it doesnt help as they have a 0% tolerance vs cheater and epic sayd me multiple times in answers that its against their rules, they cant reactivate your account from support

epic stopped to response after 3 tickets from my main ban where they sayd me they cant reactivate me and then closed the support case in the last week

but i recommend his service in ohter cases / ohter games
