Can you explain or do a tutorial on how to edit the exe to add the effect?

I haven't played with dekaron files in a long time, last time i only tried to edit maps. This effect problem has to do with the bones on which the effect is attached. From what i see the effect needs to connect to the right bone, L or R, left or right, not sure where is that in files, so if u find that is fixed, 100% nothing to do with exe, if i see more requests, i will search myself and give the answer here :)

Can you tell us how to do it in detail?

i think you missing something on left weapon look closer at right and left (left missing texture i see only effect nothing more.

Well friend, it isn't effectscene, it's weapon_left.csv in script + 3 Columns in item_shape, if you could do this please post some pictures ! ;)

You are so right, i even had to edit dekaronserver.exe + the .dll for it... Cut the crap ;)

elfulll i know you ar good but this is not on dekaronserver.exe :)
