This is a cheat engine table that you find people using on offline games. Catch is you've got to bypass S4 League (Since it's an online game) Then you can use cheat engine on it just like any other game you have. So two steps to use this :

1. Get a Bypass from another thread on epvp.
2. Open the downloaded file from this thread using Cheat engine and hook your game if you already know how to use the program, if not look for a youtube tutorial.
