Try Microsoft Edge instead of IE if you have it. Otherwise install another browser. I'm sure it's bc of IE.Quote:
Yeah it actually uses some of my GPU as well
Monero mining doesn’t really benefit from using a GPU. That’s why the creators of coinhive chose it in the first place, it’s very suitable for CPU mining.Quote:

so in your case, that would be an Intel i7-7700HQ
Well, it can
the Mining Script uses WebAssembly/asm.js to calculate the hashes, which doesn't work really well with Internet Explorer (Internet Explorer not Edge!)
also to obtain 100+ Hashes/s you would need several miner threads running, Internet Explorer isn't really suited for that
It isn't meant to make a lot of money, the Goldmine script is useful to run it at the background if you are browsing on elitepvpers anyway
If you want to mine a crypto currency (like the mentioned [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]) you are better off by using a native Miner Executable (which can utilize your GPU)
a native miner could achieve probably 300+ Hashes/s with an Intel i7-7700K
