Help with lvls for drop pls

Soo if i understand this right, you CAN be 6 lvl higher than mobs and still drop uniques :)? But 6 levels is highest right ? :)

i saw in the ini-files that mobs from lv 20-31 drops shuta. but uniuqe accesoires dont have any drop rate, group-id or drop rank (but that is server side i think, cause i never saw anyone drop a shuta from normal mobs :D ) so, i think it doesnt matter what lvl you are (within a range of 6 lv's) but it has been proved on normal items that you have the best drop within a range of 3 lv's (like you are 29 en mobs are 26)
