One Question: This 61% Stat Scrolls? Are this scrolls to add on items 61% stats (attributes)? If yes - Please remove it. Since it is able to get via silk - It gives Donators a lil push ^^

we will change exp rates to 40x and party exp 50x about limits already we opened it with ipQuote:
i think min 50x exp rate and 1(max 2) ip limit better for long term play.. good luck.
