The guy first wrote it begins on Tuesday but a few minutes ago he corrected himself and wrote "Monday".

Edit: It's probably gonna work after server maintenance :)

ya it is..long ass SM tho..o btw announcements thread on forum -
"We are very sorry to announce that Halloween Quest is put off two hours. It will start on 2:00am.

After we finish the Tiger Server split, we will have all the servers reboot to upload Halloween Quest. Thus, tomorrow's server maintenance will be called off."

Alotta loot stealers, I suggest using coloader's hide function.

Nah.It wouldnt work.Using the hide function would cause you to dc almost instantly,otherwise lag you to utter hell.
