actually,.. we have that type of lvl 2 here at Elite...but it is Called
" Soldier Front Underground ". Run and Manage by Trane (founder).
Regular members won't see this Section. If you want details of it. Try to Contact ModTrane for this, I think He have Certain Parameters upon Joining the Group.
