IMPOSED FATIGUE will NEVER FAIL. its not really a ""skill""

they guy didnt have enough points. And i prefer reducing [movement + cast + attack spped] than [movement] only^^

and personnally i would use "force of nature" instead of snare. 30 mana less is used (who cares at the damage, slows ftw ^^)
