why can a mod or admin stop this guy from scaming ppl - he is posting google img with keys and scaming other ppl how can this be allowed ?

First of all Your steam inventory does not contain any deluxe items so how would that trade go down? Would you be willing to go first?. If yes i would be willing to buy
