Hello there's a ap file who has male, female, fp and enchanted items. (1997 items)
Just don't forgot to put the file in the S4L folder and choose it when you use the Item Creator. If you want any other items that's not in the file, say it and I'll add it. And I don't know why the enchant level doesn't appear, it is a problem of the Item Creator, not the file.

• Download the Item Creator •
• Extract it and install vc_redist.x86.exe (Visual C++ 2015 folder) if you don't have it •
• Put HS4LITC and Zaony.ap (S4 League folder) in the game repertory.
• Open HS4LITC •
• Open S4League •
• Click on Load up the file and chose Zaony.ap •
• Wait to be in the server (not the server selection, after it) •
• Remove all items on the characters •
• Click on Load up Equipment •
• Done, check your inventory •

Well, Actually I did see many people farming in private rooms with multiclients and bots and gets about 1700 EXP per match. There enchants was +50%EXP and Pen as well. I tried with the old NanoITC but it just didn't work, I see the new stats added, but no real effect after I finish a match.
