Prevent servers spammers

basically this role (user) will decide fate 90% of these servers at the advertisement section.
some users definitely will claim they're the ''chosen one'' as being said or more likely way experienced than others and probably it's true once it's being reviewed, but we will never know what's their intention since they will be doing it voluntary and it's kinda risky.

Regarding ''Can it be abused. Of course!'' Moderators are there for a reason, as for the star rating system I mentioned earlier it doesn't take a huge role or in other words it's not enough to ruin a whole project reputation same as the fake views (sometimes it's being reset and we had many cases about it) comparing to someone who will decide if that server worth it or not. They will consider it on a scale based on their respective standards which I highly doubt it will be accepted here.

Well for sure you don't because i have no friggin idea who you are lol.
What is the point of making a system to regulate servers and server developers if the members feel so highly of themselves.

Anyways the point was that if you are recognized you are allowed to vouch, not the other way around.
