I own the server that my dekaron server runs on, I don't co-locate or rent from a VPS or dedicated server provider. This means that the server and everything on it is mine. As possession is 9/10 of the law then all the material and content belongs to me. The A9 server files were released publically and this then becomes the part of the law called "public domain".

The files I put on my server and configured, changed and branded as Dekaron Energy now become my property and therefore are subject to coywrite laws.

If you bought a car and customized it by changing engine parts, paint, changing for custom seats etc and then sold it, the car would be yours and subject to coywrite if someone copied you. [DEV]Dekaron you should really learn about laws and copywrite infringements and public domain. Your statement here just proves your ignorance of how things work in the real world.
