The Gameserver takes a while to startup. Just give it some time. Have a look at the Log-View in the SR_Gameserver window. It notify you in case of problems.
If you're just doing development-stuff, you might want to disable some regions or reduce the entity-count.
I get this notification on SR_GameServer:

I have it in my server files folder like in your picture. I've just re-extracted it and still get the same error.

I've changed all IP's in server.cfg to 127.0.0.1 and installed IIS.
I don't have a hyperfilter.
And I'm not using my network IP, I'm using the localhost-IP which is always the same (127.0.0.1).

Here is my server.cfg:

With "compile" you mean that I should change the IP's at server.cfg and save it, right?

And another thing is, that when I'm at Cert folder and decompile the packt.dat, edit the ini folder then compile it, I don't get a new_packt.dat like it is explained in the tutorial of Dr.Abdelfattah.

Any other solutions?
HyperFilter is not something you will have, but it's where you'll host your game server, they are a hosting company... :) If you check the "Shop" button in the top of the forum page, you'll see a link for their website... :)

I don't have no x trap files in my folders. Do I need something like Agent_noxtrap ?
I've seen that on a video and realized that I dont have that file.

EDIT: changed the IP to my IPv4 now and everything is opening up.

Last problem for today:

Also don't forget to use pk2.extractor to extract the data.pk2 of the client you will use + put the extracted folder to the server files's folder where your GameServer.exe is :)

Now I want to start the Machine Manager and it opens but closes after a few seconds. The GlobalManager says:

Certification request from : MachineManager(192.168.0.106)
cannot certify server body : [MachineManager][192.168.0.106]

But thats not the IP I've set at server.cfg and all Cert files.
I've set 127.0.0.1 everywhere (localhost, for offline server).
I have the same problem like this guy in this thread:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

And there is an answer from LastThief, who says that I need to open the MachineManager in Hex Workshop and edit the IP.

I've opened the Machine Manager in Hex Workshop and searched for the text string but couldn't find anything.

I've typed 192.168.0.106 and 192 168 0 106 and even 192 but couldnt find anything.

Does anybody know how to change the IP in this .exe?
