Party exp rate is 20x. SP rate is 15x.

well i think is going to be more nicely if you disable those char effect and shi... weapong glow .. add them old ones :)
and for sox i think eagle sos last tier +5 is tooo much for 80 cap ....
1 sos = last tier +1
2 som = last tier +2
3 ESOS = last tier +3 so a new player can pvp vs a ESOS with sos weapon ..
and btw for cap 80 i think max plus 9 is perfect

Is going to be some quest for sp to make easy 80FF ???

an for more balance between new and old player you should disable ATK/DEFF scrolls or leave but just for Uniques ...

Well i kinda agree with this one, although +10 is better for the max+ plus. It's just a custom glow, it doesn't bother me but it depends in the eye of the beholder. So i prefer the old glows c:

i'm totally agree with this idea. or disable ESOS for now and enable it later.

I think it's fair for ESOS guys, old school's Seal of sun was equal last tier+5, so if you wanted an old school game-play i think it'll be great.

You'll start with 5000000 SP which I believe will not make you need to farm skill points.
