It must because you forgot to check the box after you valued Upload speed.

Well i used netlimit 4 on win10 but no matter if i wait 10 or 15 secs after relog nothing is there, if i wait longer i get dc and still dont get the reward. weird.

use netlimit 3 .. i try use 4 but did't work :)

This Tutorial is for Netlimiter 3. But I'm sorry to hear that It's not working on Netlimiter 4... RIP Windows 8 8,1 and 10...

I have no idea why it shouldn't work on win 8 or 10 netlimiter4 has same functions and upload speed that I setup was 1b so it is same as on netlimiter3 tried 2,3,4,5 as well, how does win 10 change packet sendings from s4 client to the server, it is a mistery to me.
