why after a good configuration i have that server is offline?
I use it on a separate machine. Does it only work on localhost?

So ein Müll CMS sorry das ich es so sage, man kann sich nicht registrieren und anmelden auf der HP. und ja habe die Config bearbeitet !

cms attached to the database but does not make me login will give me this error:

In this moment itțs used by other 103 sites, so you don't know how to edit one config.php file or your host don't have php 5.6 ;)

You need to edit $site_url in config.php . Also, check if your host have php version 5.6.

Already modified with the exact address of my site, upgrade php to version 5.6 but problem not resolved
