Okay for the non-german communitypart I'm going to translate this
First of all : Get your SHOULDER to 0 durability (so they're red)
After that : Get yourself a Meta-Gem (Any should work) and put them in your HELMET.
When this is done, put fitting Gems in the SHOULDERS.
Now, equip both items.
After step 4 you need to unequip your helmet first and after that , unequip the shoulders.
Voilá , you've got some nice + heal/spellpower or whatsoever.

I play on tc2 3.2.2a server. When i unequip helmet, then shoulders nothing happens.
And,why just my spell dmg have to up?

Also mal eine etwas besser erklärung.
1. Alles ausziehen ausser die Schultern. Dann komplett rot machen.
2. Schultern ausziehen.
3. Meta in den helm hauen

So hats bei mir auf mehreren Servern geklappt. Mfg
