estoy intentando levantar lo local mente no se si tengan alguna guía o unas sugerencias de directivos para cambiar en algunos archivos como el host: localhost ??

la dba ejemplo ( mysql , postgres sql , oracle ,, etc .. )

si ai que instalar archivos pre cargados que visual studio es con el que se trabaja

si pudieran ayudar con todos esos datos por favor
