This
Code:
qry->GetStr( "m_Inventory2", Inven2 );
	strncat( Inven, Inven2, sizeof(Inven2) );
	qry->GetStr( "m_Inventory3", Inven3 );
	strncat( Inven, Inven3, sizeof(Inven3) );
	qry->GetStr( "m_Inventory4", Inven4 );
	strncat( Inven, Inven4, sizeof(Inven4) );
Is correct.

The problem is your Database Structure.

the source code is correct

go in your database
clean the entrys of m_Inventory m_Inventory2 m_Inventory3

add a $ in the column m_Inventory4

if you have no fault in Character_Str everything should work great

still got the the same error
I've been using this

On CHARACTER_STR

On INVENTORY_TBL

On INVENTORY_EXT_TBL

On BASE_VALUE_TBL
