Okay, so... as I was playing a bit in paradox and some people replying in this thread DO NOT actually have an idea what most of the people have in mind when saying "PvP or High Rates", I will expand:
The rates of the server:
2000x EXP
1500x Skill EXP
300x Pet EXP
300x Craft
50x Alz
4x Alz Bomb Rate
250x Drop Rate
2500x AXP
5x WEXP
Item Drop: 2 - 3 items / mob
[As an example taken of MMO PARADOX]
BUT NOW, the rates does not make the server high rate if there is still crappy 7 AMP items in it...
The monsters, the hardcore channel, which, even with your OP gear of 28% per item you get one-shotted. The set effects, the defense of the items and so on, so on.. (Set effects, I mean something that gives as minimum as 1-5k HP + tons of other stuff ; Defense starts from 200+ and goes all the way to 10-50k per item and items are HARD AS F$£# to loot!)
Please correct me if I am wrong.
P.S. There is no so called "balance" in these type of servers :D
