The reason you can't find one is because one doesn't exist publicly!
You really need to get it through your head. If you want features that WORK and are STABLE, you will have to code them yourself.
The features you just asked for in a source basically means it's a completed source. If the source is that complete, people are not going to be releasing it.
When we refer to a "clean basic source" on this forum we mean something that contains NO features. Hybrids source has no skills, npcs, guilds, trade, view gears, etcetc.
It will contain NOTHING. It's good because it has no messed up code in it that people have added mistakenly. It's a very stable source because of that and is well coded (again, going off others opinions as I haven't used it)
If you really do want to work on a pserver and make a GOOD one I'd suggest using it (unless you can create your own source from scratch which would be an even better option)
