from my host i cant make him read Place for patch

Did you check the Autopatch.dat thing?
Or maybe the configuration into AutoPatchServer.exe?

How could I configure it on the client side and my server side ?

still think a console app would be better, idk why people use forms and such for service applications. IF you really want a GUI frontend, why not make the patch server an actual service and have a remote management console for it?

Tinypic doesn't work in Brazil, send it as an attachment or upload somewhere else please.

Problems related to that message:
1. Administrator permission (write and execute is needed)
2. Firewall is blocking the connection
3. Antivirus is blocking the connection

Now that I saw the 404 message, maybe you're using an invalid link on server side. Debug to see if the link is being parsed correctly.

Remember that if you're using it as an launcher too (injecting the DLL) your antivirus might block it.
