Right clique on server sql management proprieties and search all et activate the "microsoft connexion and sql server connexion" and activate "Authorize et failed connexion"

Try in putting : $dbhostname = "localhost" or $dbhostname = "127.0.0.1" for testing otherwise it means that you to configure badly the config.php
