Great but now you are responsible for this situation that this user got scammed. As you don't respond to him and you have him on the 'official resellers' list in my opinion you should give this person 4 months license instead of the 2 he paid for. Next time do a routeine check on all of your resellers and better make sure to they are not scammers before you asign them as 'official' resellers.Quote:
