english- The server is looking better and better since the date of opening! There are patches day after day and the one thing that I noticed is that this server is not a pay 2 win server. Every gear you need to get better and bigger drops in game and the tier system they have is awesome and makes the gear even better!!

Shit server. GM's refuse to be apart of the community when one barely exists. I tried to help them in their "Open Beta" and make things work but at every turn they would get mad at me and start yelling at me and stuff... The owners of this server need to grow up.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SERVER. not worth.

Haters are going to hate and it is all good. You can not expect the owners of this server to be in game 24 7 running lord events and exp events and growing your party. All I can say is don't be fooled by others that have gotten themselves banned for cursing at the owners just cause they d/c'd their client and the party lead got taken from them.

Anyways i wish you good luck
Not shocking. Everything about this server seems to be a ripoff of something else. Played it shortly and didn't see anything special worth mentioning. Better just to play a server with active players. When I was on there was only 3 people online lol. Doesn't even seem to be a active population other than the staff that afk.

Nice if we make multiple accounts people might believe our bullshit :)

Also @ the image police, you don't own a copyright no one cares really. We stole it from a pinoy server not you. So maybe you should go after the 4 - 5 others using it to.

People will hate regardless, we don't really care and Lodelight moves forward.

That should give enough evidence about the server and how they run. :)

Just wish to state, you actually don't need a document stating COPYRIGHT to claim on it, if you can prove that the document was created before the copied version, copyright can still be claimed.

But no the owners of this servers attitude is the one thing that will keep it from going anywhere, that and the fact they just rip everything from others servers without actually improving upon it.

But also you should care, is players clients and the server constantly crashes, as it will keep players from the server as it is unstable. Server crashes are easy to fix, if it crashes and doesn't produce a crash log, here's a link to some software you can use to get extremely detailed crash logs, I've even written up a set of instructions to help you set it up.

Also want to state, it isn't just the background he's taken from others, the website it self is a publicly released one, which in itself isn't bad but the code can easily be hacked as everyone can see the code.

To claim copyright on any object, one MUST first have proof that they have created the original object, a patent HELPS to confirm this but is not mandatory -- You do need some kind of backup proof as filesystem time/dates are not enough (So fucking easy to modify.)

Server crashes are not "easy to fix" in 100% of circumstances -- Quite frequently they're caused by tiny bugs inflicted by FlyFF's terribad code, overuse and over-reliance on old deprecated technologies (It still uses DPlay to some degree.), and yes, whilst getting extremely detailed logs via the likes of DebugDiag are possible, it's not true that in 100% of situations that the crash can be seen via such reports (See previous minirant concerning code - Hint: You have a chance to fuck up the WorldServer by even compiling in vs140 instead of vs120 due to a pingback failure that can occur.)

Just because a website is publically released does not mean they have the rights to use such, and just because "code" is public doesn't mean it's easy to hack (Hey guys, guess what? the RSA source code is published, go hack every implementation of RSA ever, it'll only take you a near infinite amount of time to break the private key, unless you use MITM -- mitigatable)

Yes, flyff websites are really badly developed, they still for the large part use mssql_connect() and the rest of the mssql_ library, despite it being deprecated and for the large part removed in favor of sqlsrv_ and pdo_odbc; but that alone isn't enough to make them completely vulnerable (Except when you see the obvious as fuck backdoors because "developers" here don't know how the fuck to hide anything -- Where's your sense of imagination?)

Very true, but still most of the crashes that publicly released source codes have are due to small bugs that are found with DebugDiag, hence the link to support setup.

Any website still using mssql_ is completely out of date and it is actually very easy to change this to sqlsrv, which is a much better choice as it is actually being developed.

But yes there are some morons out there that leave back doors in their code, but if you are using someone elses code you should at least check it to find any potential back door.

As for copyright, if you have evidence you are the original owner of the file, like stated you always have the right to claim. It's like if someone tries to rip a website, as there is typically archives done by google and other publicly accessible websites, it can be proved that the website has been used by one person longer then the other.
