Shouldn't be allowed, but nobody seems to be seriously moderating the private server sections.

The only mod for the section is a global one who checks maybe once a week (although last set of reports are around 9 days old now that I'm aware of)

It's Modern server. Why Ulti would like to hack a good servers ?
L2H was a bin, But he didn't cause of the good works of Janix
E.G: He hack the useless servers. He will never care if you're working hard on bin serv. The problem isn't in Bin.

it's a clone of worldofclassic and therefore may very well use the same EXE. Give that a try first; clearly.
