You only need an account and around 10+ hours to download the client. I couldn't properly translate the db file even with the correct key though. The size of the ndtextdb_us is much larger than the ndtextdb_kr and the checksum didn't match.

Find few accounts for us to test stuff. I don't mind downloading, though. I don't care about translation, either.
