What do you mean? You can change your screen resolution in MS Windows settings. If you are talking about game window resolution - yeah, you can change it using this tool.

Inject the dll after that you should see a window like this one

Then you can change resolution and fps limit i think it's very easy to do

Well i actually did it but here we go:

1. - Put the files on your nostale folder
2. - Open an injector
3. - Inject NosResolution.dll to the nostaleclientX
4. - Change resolution/fps limit
