Unfortunately due to stupid programing from Netdragon we cant. Usually all dialog would be on the client however quests and such take dialog from the server instead, this makes it impossible to translate without the use of 3rd party programs. All programs would likely have to be custom made and I doubt anyone would actually program them.

Somethings that can be translated would be weapon details, menus, and cores.

You can play the game normally as this is the NORMAL Chinese server. This is the most stable version of any Zero game currently running. You don't need the game to be in English to complete missions.

From my experience, you cannot complete missions if you have one of the following issues:
1. Kill desync - you may have to kill a few extra for your kill quest to actually complete
2. Item in your inventory - this seems to be a common one. There may be a quest item in your inventory that is holding you back
3. need another quest to help along side - I have only encounter this once on earth where I needed a second quest to spawn the mobs for the first quest.
4. Inventory space, you may not complete missions if your inventory is TOO full as you cannot acquire the items.
5. Sometimes for the SteelWorship missions you need a certain level to continue.
