You can be the ip that goes in the versioncommon or that the port you 're using is locked , it can also be the odbc . you should check well

i think problem is in database in SQL server and ODBC;;

i setup ODBC name as
login - ACCOUNT_DBF
character01 - CHARACTER_01_DBF
log01 - LOGGING_01_DBF
manage - MANAGE_DBF
ranking - RANKING_DBF
website - WEBSITE_DBF. Am i right?

Can you upload your SQL database backup files like ACCOUNT_DBF.bak ....?
it would be a solution i think
