I've done what you said and I even got the pop-up with something like "the files are succesfully decrypted" but yet, it's still in the scanning bar and the files are still .enc

Are the files still encrypted? Did you open as admin?

The files are yes, still encrypted. But do you mean by "opening in admin" the TrueEncrypter or the files that are encrypted.

This is the executable in case you deleted it:
Make sure you open it as administrator.
If you deleted the TrueCrypter folder: if you deleted the TrueCrypter folder from AppData, recover it somehow, if you want to decrypt your files you need the list and your PublicKey, which are in that folder.

If i deleted the TrueCrypter folder from Appdata i can't decrypt my files?

You can always use a rescue tool to rescue the files, I don't remember if I can give a link bcus I don't want to get banned ; -;

Edit: When I searched the path for the exe I got it, but all the other files are gone, which included; background/xml and a nother one, once's I opened it with admin, it crashed. Yush.

Edit2: It was a .dat file/xml document+ jpg ofc
