Most people don't want to buy a new acc, bc they already own one, so the prices for an account with a specific skin is way cheaper than, the skin(code) itself (see CS Riven/Black Alistar etc.). you are right,everyone can get it,but the chances are soooooo soooo low.

I am not familiar with CS:GO Skins, but afaik you can sell them to other players. The price ppl pay for the skin is it's value.
In LoL you can not sell skins (well, there are/were skincodes for specific skins and you could gift shop skins, but that does not affect Hextech Annie), so you can not sell Hextech Annie for any value/worth (except for selling the whole account (see last post)).
The chance to get this skin may be pretty low, but without a real possibility to sell the skin (and nothing but the skin), it's hard to define a value for the market.

I have spent 250 Euros and got only 6 gems so far. Well, bad luck I guess? @__@ I don't know about putting a price tag on Hextech Annie though. The odds seem weird. Someone who could probably pay over 400 Euros have to sell it for 100? While someone who got it from a free chest making a big profit? Man, that's bullocks.

I have it but I didn't throw money into hextech crafting to get it, more because I'm an addict.

50-200, and soon we might see skin trading with permanent skin and champion shards, so the price will balance itself out depending on the market.
