It may be "illegal", but not illegal. Most hacks and exploits released on elitepvpers nowadays only affect the client and even those affecting servers are typically not causing serious harm. They are considered legal in many jurisdications. If someone does release an exploit that causes the owner of the game serious problems (crashing the server or all other players' clients (i.e. DoS), financial disadvantage and likewise), we indeed remove it in most cases.

That's right, but we do not tolerate services which have the sole purpose of harming others on our board. Neither doxing nor hacking and dumping other peoples' databases nor flooding their servers etc.
And we generally do not tolerate threatening other users in any way, so DoS threats are simply against our global board rules:

We usually do not allow releasing copyrighted material of game publishers. We merely allow advertising private servers and publishing emulators (i.e. one's own work). In some cases we do tolerate sharing copyrighted files, but only as long as the copyright owner doesn't file a takedown notice.
I want to point this out once and for all:
elitepvpers is a legitimate site. We respect the law and we do cooperate with authorities. This is not a scene board. All people looking for illegal stuff are free to go.
