I think you still get all skills when you hit a33, but i don't feel like grinding another char since I already have two, and both of them ended up loosing the skills -.-

Jo'bul cape, you get it from Fortune scroll, though, i'd suggest open them on level 1 or 2 char, its easier to get them then.

at a33, it's hard to get a pet to 100%, i used a clean pie since a15 and the pie was at 100% even before i hit a33 50%, granted i wasn't using whole stack at a33. One thing tho, pet won't get exp if your char is a33 100%, not sure why, a GM confirmed it.

you might not have correct files or might be using old ones, did you download it from their official FB page?

No point, i heard that CBT is coming to end soon and there will be a wipe at the end, though not sure when is the last day yet.
