ahm i have a download error , is it possible to fix it?I think it is server sided cause i tried a vpn still same thing.

also it says insufficient permissions

Can you copy/paste the entire error message?
The website is working, you shouldn't have any problem downloading it.

If it says "insufficient permissions", maybe an antivirus is blocking the updater or maybe you are trying to run the updater in a protected folder.

You can also try to run the application with administrator privileges, but it shouldn't be necessary.

tried with firefox does not work it said that it does not recognise the file and cannot download it

nvm avast is shit
