hi.... hey can u pls explain where the heck is region +13-+15 .... to place code wif? where the file is pls be specific thanks you ......................... i'm learning jst a noob so alot of ppl jst wrote code ... whole thing then where to place which folder?

It should be pointed out that if you use this npc with an item that has a plus which is less than 12, the npc in its current state will upgrade that plus on that item for free.

A fix for this could be that it costs 1 voucher for every plus upto +12 and then the usual prices are used.

Seriously there is a post on this. Oh hang on............... There is a thread on near enough everything you have asked about. All it takes is common knowlege I know you dont have any but im sure you can buy it at your local store. It should be around $20 - $30 It is cheap so please go and get some.
