Venezuela payment prices increased?

Under the assumption that you did clear your cache and cookies before account creation, that you never login with account with different payment and if you generally were always online with VNZ ip. Then I think BP detects the origin of the user behind the VPN which is possible (theoretically).
I did hear that BP also sees if you make a big bunch of transactions or one big one at a whole; then BP support will look at your account.

The best way still remains Bitcoin if you want to be sure that they wont change the payment country (+ using a VPN) or PayPal in case of chargeback need :D

CC is not a problem, use a virtual one duh :P

You can always use gift card too, with VNZ IP.

Dont try visa gift card, shows purchase location I believe. Try virtual card. Honestly best method is Paypal and bitcoins.

You can make a paypal under VNZ IP, and use that. However, you must make new ones constantly as after a while they will ask for ID... then your screwed ;)

I used a virtual one and it still changed the country, so it doesn't change anything: if you have to get your original country as payment country, you will get it, sooner or later xDD

well, for me its alright since i use portuguese payment. even got cheaper to buy uridium now :D

I'm not sure, but paypal only limit accounts if you have fraud activity. All you need to do is prove ID + address.
