u must be lvl 40+ at least to get "small dragon certificate" so other can accept u in the dungeon party or even solo it (lvl 45 mobs )..this if u have already completed ur yellow quests to get daily quests in moonwater plains BUT..Quote:

what if u r low lvl like 25 and want to get the soulstones..any way to do this?
