First, the bot is in alpha. This is clearly stated everywhere.
The easiest way to show you how the bot works is by showing you in videos, which we do. The videos are not misleading, they are exactly how the bot works. Just because you have a shitty internet connection that cant handle a large bit of packets, or a shitty computer, that's not our fault. Lower the settings and stop complaining about it.
Support is actually, usually pretty good. This time of year is finals and what not in school, so both Hybrid and I are VERY busy and it's difficult to attend to all of that plus school and such.
The support per-person is usually bad because, I can go through the forum right now and find 20 topics about the same issue that has already been addressed, it was never searched for though.
Not to mention, issues are usually a per-person issue, not something that is a problem with the bot.
