macrotool yes. infotool not.
I always didnt care about bots or macros, or easylogin tools. but info kind tools is very harmful for gameplay. many good people stopped play on webzen when was released. I miss times when your advantage depended on your skills not copied from enemies. :(

also macro is allowed if not used for botting if I good remember

Macro keyboard or mouse only not 3rd parity software and programs, but since mouse and keyboard using software to run macro its same, becuase mouse/keyboard without software works like normal mouse/keyboard.
